We want you to be happy with your Tendys purchase. If you need to cancel, return or replace an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The jewellery must be unused and unworn and should be returned in its original condition.

If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the item.

For an eligible damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement.

For eligible returns, Tendys will cover the return shipping cost .

When a refund is applicable, it will be sent to the original payment method used for the order.

Sale items are non-refundable.
