From the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches you, here is what you can expect.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we carefully check and prepare your jewellery for dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Dispatch

Once your order has been prepared, it is handed over to our delivery partner. You will receive tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking details provided by Tendys to follow your package until it reaches you.

Check Your Package

Please check your package when it is delivered. If you notice any visible damage or signs of tampering, take photographs and contact Tendys as soon as possible.

Before completing your order, make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.
